Unless you're a natural blond, you will not achieve a light color if your hair is dark brown/black. Darker hair can get to a medium milk tea brown.

Filler is used to pre tone the hair before going back to your natural color. Blondes typically need this service added, so that I can fill the tones that are missing from your hair, so that the color doesn't appear dull.
Mens lightening with toner starts at $250. Depending on the density of your hair, additional bowls of lightener are $15 each.
